Fogbugz Integration

This guide goes through the steps necessary to integrate Backtrace with Fogbugz. Setting up integration with the Fogbugz ticketing system requires a valid Fogbugz server name and an API token (See: Fogbugz documenatation for instructions on how to get a token).

Integration


To set up the integration, first go to the Configuration page within the Web Console:

Next, select the project you want to add a integration for:

Select Project


Then click Integrations in the left-hand menu, then Create a New Integration on the right, and pick the integration:

These are the settings that you can configure for your Fogbugz integration:

Server Yes Fogbugz Endpoint URL
API Token Yes Your Fogbugz API token. See: http://help.fogcreek.com/8447/how-to-get-a-fogbugz-xml-api-token
Title No Title of Fogbugz ticket
Tags No One or more tags to assign to the ticket
Priority No Numeric priority for the ticket
Area No Optional "Area" to designate
Milestone No Optional milestone to designate
Category No Optional category
Assignee No Person to assign this case to
